Landlords !! There are many landlords who suffered from increased interest rates on their mortgages. Also, bad tenants, void periods (no rent coming in) and letting agent fees up to 15% per month per property.
We are able to provide a solution for them. We use strategies where we can increase the rent and make a profit ourselves whilst guaranteeing the rent each month for the tenant without any commissions to a letting agent. We take care of the property and remove all the hassle and stress.
That's great, so how do I make money?
Put simply, we need to find those landlords and property owners who need a solution to their problems. The most basic way we do this is to deliver postcards to local areas.
This is where you come in. You simply deliver postcards in YOUR local areas to generate phone calls back to us at head office. Then We Do All The Hard Work. Which means talking to and negotiating with the property owners, analysing all the financials details, visiting properties in person, preparing all the legal paperwork, arranging building and renovation works if needed, putting in place systems for management and maintenance of the property, and finally completing the sale and/or rental management process.
So what's in it for me?
If you join our home based business opportunity at the lowest level the starting percentage of commission is 25% of what we make on each deal. So for example, a lead calls us from one of your postcards and after the deal is done we make £4,000.00 then in this case you get £1,000.00. This amount can vary, for example we could make anywhere between £1,000.00 and £20,000.00 and you would get 25% of that. This is a 'once only' commission.
Rental and Tenant take overs from landlords work differently. The commission is less as there are a lot more associated costs and time workload. The way this works is that you get paid a 10% or 20% commission depending on your business joining level. This is paid to you every month for a period of 12 months. So, if rental profit for us is £1,000 p/m you get £100 or £200 p/m.
How Do I Earn The higher 20% and 50% Commissions?
You can join at the higher level of 'Analyst'. We teach and train you how to analyse properties before handing the lead over to us to work with. In this case your percentage would be 50%. As you can see there is a massive potential to earn good money.
At the analyst level you get training on how to analyse a property. You will be given access to a number of short video tutorials that will show you exactly what to do. The actual analysis doesn't take very long and can all be done online via your desktop computer or smartphone.
One reason often give to us for joining is to fast track their ability to save up deposits to buy their own property or further investment properties. You may even find a property whereby YOU want to be the buyer, and that's perfectly fine with us. Obviously, there are many people who just like to make extra cash.
